Queen Elizabeth ll Cruise Terminal

Taxis: Taxis can be booked via the Pursers Office on board the vessel or at the terminal taxi rank outside the Embarkation Lounge.
Refreshments: There are cafe facilities within the visitors lounge or a full buffet service in the main Embarkation Lounge.
Additional passenger facilities: Full disabled facilities are available, public telephones and a shuttle bus to Southampton shopping centre is available throughout the day.
Also the service of the Orient Express from Victoria Station, London to the cruise terminal for Queen Mary 2 Trans-Atlantic sailing and other occasions.
Ocean Cruise Terminal

Parking:A short stay car park is available for drop off and pick up of passengers.
Taxis:There is a dedicated taxi rank.
Refreshments:A fully licensed bar and café is available in the Departure Lounge.
Vending machines are also available.
City Cruise Terminal

Taxis: There is a dedicated taxi rank outside the Arrivals Hall.
Refreshments: A fully licensed bar and cafe is available in the Departure Lounge, after check-in. Visitors refreshment facilities are limited.
Additional passenger facilities: There is no viewing gallery at the City Cruise Terminal; however Mayflower Park is an excellent vantage point to watch the ship sail. A short-stay car park is available adjacent to the cruise terminal.
There is now an early luggage check in at the City Cruise Terminal Berth 101 next to Mayflower Park which is most often used for Royal Caribbean departures such as Navigator of the Seas. This option is not available at the other cruise terminals.
Mayflower Cruise Terminal

Taxis: There is a dedicated taxi rank adjacent to the Arrivals Hall. CPS Valet Parking Service is available from this terminal.
Refreshments: A fully licensed cafe and bar is available in the Departure Lounge after check-in. Rest rooms and refreshment facilities are accessible in the Arrivals Hall for visitors.
Additional passenger facilities: The viewing gallery will be open approximately 1 hour before the vessel sails. Proof of identity such as passport or picture driving licence is required to obtain a security pass.
