Nuffield Theatre
The Nuffield is a professional repertory theatre, specialising in new writing and revivals of classics. The Nuffield Theatre is also renowned for its family Christmas shows and Education Department, which tours productions into schools and arts venues around the country, as well as staging weekly children's theatre and workshops. Star names visit the theatre for one-night specials on Sunday nights, with tickets for all shows at very reasonable prices. With a bar and restaurant also on the premises, the Nuffield Theatre offers a memorable evening of live entertainment.
There is level access to all facilities, including a lift in the restaurant and a toilet suitable for wheelchair users. There is parking for disabled drivers/passengers and up to 25 wheelchairs can be accommodated in the auditorium. Road Directions
From M3 southbound, take M27 (east or west) then A33. At the roundabout carry straight on following signs for City Centre. Go under a footbridge and at roundabout take the first exit. At a major t/light junction with University to the left, turn left onto Burgess Road. Continue along Burgess Road and turn right into University Road and Nuffield Theatre is on the right.
