Southampton goes the extra mile for Sport Relief.
Southampton has once again been successfully chosen by Comic Relief to host one of the 17 Flagship Sainsbury's Sport Relief Mile events on Sunday 25 March.
The Mile events are open to people of all ages and abilities to take part in a challenge and help raise money for Sport Relief. To make the Mile as open and accessible as possible, you can participate however you like, for example as a fun run or walking as a family group.
Sport Relief harnesses the power and passion of sport to change lives for the better. By doing sport, having fun and raising money, everyone can do good and feel good. Comic Relief spends the money raised to help vulnerable people living incredibly tough lives both at home in the UK and in the world's poorest countries.
