Landguard House Guest House
Landguard House is a family run guest house offering bed and breakfast accommodation. High levels of cleanliness throughout. Good English breakfast served. Near to the city centre, train station, Mayflower theatre and many pubs and clubs. Also just a short bus ride to the West Quay Shopping Centre and the Docks. Some ensuites available, and those rooms which are not en-suite have a hand basin, with ample bathroom facilities nearby. House dates from 1900, some period features intact.

Road Directions
From M27, go west to Junction 3 onto M271 towards Southampton city centre. Head south on M271 toward Redbridge Roundabout . At Redbridge Roundabout, take the 1st exit onto the A35/Redbridge Rd ramp to Southampton/A35/A3024
Merge onto A35/Redbridge Rd. Continue on A3024. Exit onto Payne's Rd/Paynes Rd. Turn right at A3057/Shirley Rd. Turn left at Landguard Rd.
Public Transport Directions
Southampton Central Train Station. Taxi ranks available at station, or cross to bus stops. Any buses for Shirley, disembark at Landguard Road stop, then Landguard Road is a short walk on right hand side. We are 50 yards on left hand side.
