From M3 southbound, take M27 (east or west) then A33 following signs for City Centre . At next roundabout take the second exit (signed Sports Centre). Continue to roundabout and turn left and then straight across at a small roundabout. Carry straight on down Hill Lane and turn right into Landguard Road. Once on Landguard Road, the Mayfair Guest House is on the left.
