Riverside is one of a group of four houses at Tides Reach situated right on the banks of the River Itchen at Bitterne Park offering guests a very friendly and enjoyable stay. It is perfectly situated for access to Bitterne Railway Station, the University, Southampton Airport ( and Parkway Station ) and the City Centre.
All rooms are very clean and comfortable and bedrooms are provided with tea/coffee facilities, TV, radio, alarm clock and hairdryer. A guest lounge is available.
A luxury continental breakfast is provided which can be taken in the dining room or on the balcony overlooking the river when weather permits.

Road Directions

Exit the M27 at Junction 5 and follow the A335 in the Southampton direction. At the 2nd traffic lights bear left on to Thomas Lewis Way (A335). Take the 1st left, St Denys Road, cross the river (Cobden Bridge) and at the Bitterne Park Triangle Clocktower take a sharp right into Whitworth Crescent.
Whitworth Road commences at the bottom of Whitworth Crescent and Tides Reach is on the right at this junction.

Public Transport Directions

By rail from Southampton Central to Bitterne Railway Station. Whitworth Road commences just round the corner, 5 minutes walk to Riverside.
By bus from Southampton centre, number 3/3A brings you to Bitterne Park Triangle and the top of Whitworth Crescent leading to Whitworth Road.
